鯨豚與海龜擱淺事件發生於全國沿海地區，藉由本工作坊來進一步了解鯨豚及海龜擱淺事件通報之相關資訊。

There are cetacean and sea turtle-stranded incidents in coastal areas, therefore, the aim is to increase awareness via the incident reporting workshop.
